Our Process

Follow these five simple steps to acquiring your very own custom Classic Pier:

  1. Contact – The first step includes the customer contacting Classic Piers. This can be done either by calling us or through email. Do not hesitate to do so! Even if you just want some information, we are more than willing to answer any questions. We will collect information regarding your idea for the pier and give you an estimated quote. If you are interested we will set up a meeting.
  2. Measurement Session – Classic Piers will come to the location of the future pier, and help you customize your very own Classic Pier. We will then make the necessary measurements for the pier you decide on.
  3. Order – After the measurement session, you can fill out an order form. This can be done at the end of the measurement session, or sent through email. You will have many options to choose from and we are more than happy to help you through the process.
  4. Construct – Once your order is made, you have nothing more to worry about. Classic Piers will construct your pier in a timely and efficient manner. This process will take a short two to three weeks.
  5. Install – When Classic Piers is finished with the construction process, we will come and install it for free! At this point, we will make sure that you are completely satisfied with your product.
